Data Storage

Account details and transaction histories — including UPI and Paytm payment records — are stored on encrypted servers. We retain only what is necessary under our legal obligations and delete records when they are no longer required.

Account Security

Two-step verification is available on all accounts. Password resets require identity confirmation via your registered email or mobile number. Any suspicious login attempt triggers an automatic account flag and a notification to you.

Data Retention Period

We keep account and transaction data for the period required by applicable Indian financial regulations. After that period, data is anonymised or deleted. You can request the exact retention schedule applicable to your account via [email protected].

Third-Party Sharing
